Living Healthy Workshops

Wayne County Public Health has partnered with several area agencies to provide Living Healthy Workshops. These workshops are free to Wayne County residents, and are described in detail within the following link:

Wayne County Public Health sponsors FREE*
clinics for rabies vaccinations 4 times a year.

Did you know that it is a New York State law to have ALL domesticated cats, dogs, and ferrets

*there is a suggested $5 donation to cover vaccine costs

Must bring previous rabies vaccination record to receive 3-yr rabies vaccination, and ALL animals must be leashed or caged at clinic site.

Bike Helmets

Bike helmet fittings will be provided by Wayne County Public Health by appointment.

These helmets are children’s sizes. Children must be present to receive a helmet.

School Immunizations

It’s never too early to think about school immunizations! If you have a child going into kindergarten the fall of 2017, call your child’s physician and check on their immunization record. Consider making an appointment with your physician. If you do not have health insurance, you may qualify for immunizations through Public Health. Your child must be between 4-5 yrs of age.
