The Wayne County Emergency Management Office, with the support of their partners, have created plans that include our Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan and the Wayne County Multi-Jurisdictional All-Hazard Mitigation Plan. These plans are accessible by the public to enhance their knowledge on operations of the county before, during, and after a disaster.
Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan
The Wayne County Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP) (PDF) is a multi-discipline, all-hazards plan that establishes a single, comprehensive framework for the management of major emergencies and disasters within the County. The CEMP establishes the overall roles and responsibilities for emergency operations, as well as the concept of operations for the County.
