Class size for the Bus Rescue Practical Skills class in 30 students per session. This course is being offered twice. The first session will be reserved for those students that just finished taking the School Bus Rescue on 12/7/15. When preregistering for the 12/7 class, the chief or his designee will need to let us know whether his firefighter(s) wish to attend only the 12/7 class (School Bus Rescue) and/or whether they wish to also attend the practical skills class the following evening 12/8. If class size for the 12/7 class exceeds 30, and all wish to attend the 12/8 class, I will have a lottery drawing to choose the 30 students for the 12/8 class. Students not selected to attend the 12/8 class will be placed on a waiting list for the 12/9 class. Preference for the 12/9 class will be given to those students who HAVE NOT had the opportunity to attend a practical skills class from the 2 previous School Bus Rescue classes that have been held in Wayne County over the past 2 years. At this time we are discouraging registration for students who have already completed the Practical Skills Class.
